Hi How do you get the Dextrose or where do you buy it? Thanks.

    • Sean says:

      Hi Franko,
You can get dextrose at Bulkbarn or any wine or beer brewing place-just go in and ask. Hope this helps.

  7. owen says:

i have read that the body can only absorb 25-30g of protein at a time. But I notice that your recipes contain much more than that. Comment??

    thanks
    owen

    • Dave Ruel says:

depends on the bio-availability of the protein source. Example… if I have 40g chicken protein in a meal with 80% bio availability, that means 32grams are being absobed.

Also, this theorie has never been forimly confirmed, the absoption of nutrients varies per individual… so no worries about the amounts in my recipes, it’s perfectly safe ;)

hey bud. looks great, will it be ok to replace bran flakes with oat bran or whole wheat bran?

  9. Eduardo says:

Shakes are excellent tasting! Would the nutritional value of the shakes be degraded if I were to prepare them in bulk? I once read that shakes lose their nutritional value after sitting for more than a day( I can’t find where I read this). Thanks

    • rob says:

      Hey Eduardo,
The Protein in protein powders are made up of BCAAs (Branch Chain Amino Acids), which quickly begin to break down once liquid is added. If you were to prepare them in bulk you would want to add the protein per serving shortly before drinking not all at once in order to preserve the nutritional value.
      Cheers,

Good info, a great deal of because of the document article author. The reasoning is actually puzzling to my opinion right now, but all over, the particular efficiency and also meaning will be mind-boggling. Genuinely a lot thanks again in addition to great .!

  12. I recently started a blog, and I was just wondering how people have promoted their blogs online to get more followers so you aren’t just typing to nothing out in the internet?
Oh, and for my blog, I don’t really want my friends to be my followers, unless they find it on their own. My blog is about something that most of my friend’s can’t really help me with. (Photography is the main subject)
